In the middle are two female figures, one with a child on her lap. On the left is a more realistic sketch of a woman in a saree from the back, probably looking at a painting. On the right are a few hazy figures wearing hats.

Jamini Roy, Pen and ink sketch of female figures with child, and possibly the figure of a European man in hat and coat on the right. He has sketched on a postcard pre-addressed to Prabashi, Post Office Box no. 606, Calcutta, possibly referring to the publication office of the reputed journal, Prabashi.
